Integration in D365 using Json

Dear all,

Currently integration is done in 2009 but now they are upgrading to D365 . so they need in sync process in this output format.

please guide me step by step.

Changed feature	AX2009	Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Authentication	IWA (Integrated Windows Authentication)	OAuth (ADFS or Azure Active Directory)
Document services	SOAP-Based Web Service	OData v4 Service
Document format	XML	JSON
