Can I export last purchase order cost?

Hi All,

We want to use the last purchase order cost to estimate the future sales price (or sales quote).  For example, on my last PO, item A cost me $10 and item B cost me $20.  Is there a report that I can generate to allow me to stay on top of the most recent purchase cost per item so that I can stay on top of the most recent market price?  Thanks

    Hi Kim,

You can do an AutoReport on the InventTableModule Table from inside the AOT. (Open the table > click File > Print > Print)
Price can be displayed for each Item Number as shown in Released Product Details under FastTab for Purchase, Sell and Manage Costs.  After you run the AutoReport, then you can export the data to Excel.  Within Excel, you can filter to view the Purchase Order prices only.

    Hi Ada,

Thank you for your response.  We don't rely on the prices at the item level (Purchse and Sell tab in the item record).  In fact, we don't put the prices there.  I was hoping to pull a report of the unit price after we invoiced.

    Hello Kim,

In the released product page - purchase tab - there is a parameter 'latest purchase price'.

If this one is active, AX writes the latest purchase price into the costing version form and gives you a nice history of your purch prices.

I am not sure if there is a standard report to get those prices out.

Yet, with the available Excel add-in, Power-Bi features, you should be able to create a report out of those items and cost prices.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
