Marketing e-mails are not responsive

Hello all,

maybe anyone can help me with that issue.

When designing a marketing e-mail with the out-of-the-box functionalities of the designer, the result in some e-mail clients is not responsive.

e.g. text/image columns or the spaces between the sections are not shown as in the preview. This occurs especially on mobile devices (outlook, gmail)

Attached you`ll find a view of an e-mail opened on the mobile device (outlook) Both image blocks had the same size in the e-mail preview.

Has anybody experienced that strange behavior?

    Hi Alexander,

    To design responsive email, we should use column elements for layout, then add text and image block into the column.

    For example, the structure of an email:

    Section 1: 1 column (Header and Logo)

    Section 2: 1 column (Bannar)

    Section 3: 1 column (Body)

    Section 4: 1 column(text and images)

    Section 5: 1 column(social icons, address and subscription center link)

    Hey Alexander,

    Could you please:

    1. Start from one of the following (1 column, 2 column or 3 column) templates. OR

    2. Start from a empty email and create your email content?

    This way, we can investigate better what's happening. You should see responsive content straightaway on you emails.

    If not, please open a support ticket and the team can look into this for you.
