    Hi Md Ahmed,

You need to check and add the entity in navigation if it is not there. Open Form Editor for the form you don't see the navigation, click on navigation, add the link to the left navigation. save publish.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Ravi,

Thank you for the suggestion. But I believe this is a different issue. The entity it self is not available for particular role in main navigation bar

    Hi Ahmad ,

Can you please  check in the entity display area in Settings -->Customization --> Customize the system/Solution --> Expand Entities --> Select entity --> Areas that display this entity   is checked or not? You need to checked and do publish all customization and then press CTRL + F5.

Are you talking about the related entity navigation bar or the sitemap menu item. Either way, before checking if it is visible/ hidden for a security role, you need to check and confirm if the entity is added to the are (be it sitemap or related entity navigation). If it is added then only the security applies nd based on that it will be visible/ hidden.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Goutam,

That is already done that why i am able to see the entity in service module. But For a particular role it is not working. i believe it's a product bug. I have raised in incident.
