Chart on dashboard not displaying any records

Hi all, I've created a dashboard with a couple of charts which are blank and showing as 'no data available'. However, when clicking on 'view records' to see a list of the expected records they appear in the list so I don't think it's an issue with the view. The 2nd screenshot shows the records which appear when clicking view records. Does anyone know what the potential issue could be? Thanks

    Hello,
    Probably the Agent field (The one that the chart is using) is empty for the records.
    Can you check it?

    Hi Jimmy, I checked the chart and 'agent' is just referring to the owner of the record so this isn't empty. Even if I switch to another chart such as 'cases by status' it still says data not available despite there being available records.

    Hi, this is the chart I'm using, do you see any issues with this? It's worth noting that none of the selectable charts work for the view
