Allocate lot # from oldest available

Hi,
 
My client has a problem with allocating lot # from oldest available in Sales Order.　
 
ISSUE:
1. After open a sales order specify Qty to Ship and Qty to Invoice. Select "Related Information" > " Item Tracking Lines”

 
2. In order to allocate lots, “Select Entries”.

 
3.  The selected quantities are not from the oldest available lot. 
 

No customization is added It looks like this issue happens to a specific item.
Can someone please tell me the possible cause?

    BC has a feature called first expire first out FEFO, but it requires corresponding location setup per below.

    The selected quantities are not from the oldest available lot
     
    Business Central does not do this by default. It will do this on certain documents if you enable First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO).
