Import a Settlement from excel template, rather than tick each invoice separately?

When marking supplier invoices for payment we have to manually go through and tick each invoice as marked, which with our larger accounts ends up being very time consuming.

Is it possible to import an excel document with the relevant invoice details in, in order to automatically mark all invoices due for payment?

Yes, but you have to modify the Customer payments data entity to add settlement fields.
