Sys Admin issue: Error import task recording to USG tool

Hi Community,
 
I try to load a task recording to the security process roles maintain form.
Do you know why I get this error?
 
The file format of the task recording is AXTR.
 
Installed product version : 10.0.44 (10.0.2263.150)

    Hi,
     
    You need to make a change to allowed file extensions in Document management parameters (menu Organization administration > Docoment Management). On the File Types tab page make sure you have AXTR set up as known file type.

    this explains why it worked in another Legal Entity where the file type was setup.
