We moved about a year ago and updated the address in the Configuration section of RMS Store Operations Manager with the new address. Since the change about a year ago, the address in RMS constantly (a few times a week) reverts back to our prior address. I change it to our new address and within a day or two it reverts back to the old address. When it does happen, it's after we Z out and not during the day. I sometimes check the address after we Z out and it's correct but then showing our prior address when we open up in the morning. Other times it's displaying our prior address so I will change it. Sometimes it is correct in the morning and other times it's showing the prior address again.
We're running RMS Store Operations Manager version 2.0.0105. We were running Headquarters Manager for a couple of years, when we had two locations, but now use only Store Operations Manager in a single location. I updated the address for store 1 in Headquarters Manager even though we don't use it any longer but this has not helped the problem.
Any ideas?
