GP2015R2 web client getting "Cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded"

On some forms users are getting this message. The web server is on a separate server from the GP server. And I can open the same forms on the GP server no problem. I tried copying the DYNAMICS.SET file from the GP server to the web server but then I got cannot load the dic error.

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Hi Jason,

Have you followed the instructions for the GP web client deployment ? We don't use the GP Web client currently, but somehow I remember that you have to install a full GP client on the Web server to have the dictionaries available in order for the web client to work... Just copying the DYNAMICS.SET file from the GP server will not make it...

Also, as a general rule, I'd suggest to keep the DYNAMICS.SET file for the Web Client as slick as possible and avoid all 3rd parties that are not mandatory for your users connecting thru the web client.. the GP web client is much more sensitive to proper dexterity coding and some 3rd party products will not play too well with it.

I did some intensive testing last year for GP2015R2 with the web client, and wasn't too happy with it's performance and behavior. Waiting on the next generation (GP2016) that will run off HTML5 rather than Silverlight.
