Is there any tool to check the code quality? I remember in AX 2012, there is a tool on LCS, but I could not find it for D365FO.

I think the Automated builds are the best choice for you.
Check the documentation about build and test automation, it is very detailed. It highlights issues against all check-ins to the VSTS repository/branch that your developers are working against, since they all land in the same application ultimately.

BP check is done during build. In your dev system you see the build result in Visual Studio. In build system you see the results in build logs in ADO.
