Hi Folks,

Is there a way to copy the timeline records from a Lead to an Opportunity once it has been qualified?

I tried using the Notes Rollup option of Related but it seems to only push to the parent account.

Hi Partner,

By default, Opportunity's timeline will show activities and notes from qualified lead without any configuration.

--The lead and opportunity have 1:N relationship(Originating lead lookup), lead is parent of opportunity.

--These activities and notes just show up on the timeline of the opportunity, but they are only relevant to qualified leads and not to the current opportunity.

You mentioned that you want to move or copy these activities and notes from lead to opportunity.

--Update 'regarding' value of these records or create new records and related to the opportunity?

--If so, maybe you need use power automate to create one flow to achieve it.

Someone had made a change to our Environment which impacted this.

All fixed now.

Thanks to Leah for confirming the default behaviour.
