When attempting to upgrade DynamicsGP10 SP5 (1579) to GP2010 SP2 or SP3, receiving an error "Product 5967 does not support upgrading from version 10.0.0."
This product code appears in the Dynamics DB_Upgrade table during the Utilities process and doesn't appear in the table prior to logging into DynamicsGP2010 Utilities.
The product appears to relate to Fixed Assets Enhancements and isn't listed in the DynamicsGP10 version list.

The problem was Tables LV00100 to LVP00103 (Low Value Pool) existed in the Company database. The Upgrade Utilities looks for the LVP00100 in the Company Databases and adds Product ID 5967 Fixed Asset Enhancements to the DB_Upgrade Table.
I removed the LVPXXXXXX Tables, restored the Dynamics Databae and restarted the upgrade with no issues.
The was no data in these tables.
I am not aware of the product ID 5967, I would guess it to be an ISV or 3rd party. Have you checked with your partner? Or with Microsoft? Or it could also be a custom added on.
