EIEB and BIEE are equal to the same number. How do I clear them to be zero

Hello

I am trying to close a project and I received an message that said EIEB and BIEE both need to equal zero. I checked to make sure that all billings and earnings were equal to the amount of the project. EIEB and BIEE are the same number ie EIEB = $500 and BIEE = $500. I ran revenue recognition and it didnt clear the EIEB and BIEE to zero.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
