Change delfault User settings when creating new users

Hi All,

A client of ours would like certain user setting to be updated.
This is easy done with XrmToolbox, but is it possible to change the default user settings so that every new created user will get these settings?

Also, the formatting is not possible to be changed in XrmToolbox, any experience on changing the format in bulk?

Hello,

Depending on the settings you wish to change, some could be modified by workflow triggered "On Create" of a User. Sadly this doesn't cover as many options as XRMTools:

You can create separate application (console application) or PowerShell scripts to do so.

You could write a plugin that does trigger on creation or update of the UserSettings entity and then you can set programmatically whatever you want:
