or is there any other way that we can get customer related social interactions ?

Hi Nicolas thanks for your response, but how can we make it customer centric? so that we can only get social interactions on customer level/Specific.its showing social interaction over all but the requirement is to achieve it to customer level.

    Hello Muhammad,

The information that you will show in the Social Insight will be conditioned by the Categories and search topics that you configure on MSE.

A correct strategy on the configuration of the search topics will help with that.

Another approach is to generate social activities from MSE into CRM and add the sub-grid on the customer form.

At last, but not least, you can integrate MSE with Power BI to create custom report and add contextual reports on the form (crmchartguy.com/.../contextual-power-bi-reports-on- dynamics-365-forms /).

To integrate MSE with PowerBI you need to configure the connection with Azure Event Hub and then create a Stream Analytics Job in Azure to stream the data into Power BI.

I hope some of this approaches help you to solve your question. If that is the case, please mark the suggedted answer as verified.

    Regards,

    Nicolás
