I was recently hired as a sales guy by a company that just implemented Dynamics CRM. I need to set a default time for reminders when choosing a date in a Task or Event type activity. Where can this be done in MS Dynamics CRM 4?
RE: Setting a default time of say 6:PM allows a user to choose a specific day for a follow-up/action/task with no specific time, so that the same user can set a specific time for that day for important tasks that are time specific.. and those time specific tasks show up first on the list for that day so that the day can be properly planned. The exisitng default of 12:am is problematic because they all show up and are due on the same day BEFORE the ones that are specific.

Did you get an answer to this? I need to change the default time and can't find the place to change it from 12am, as well?
Thanks.
Did you by chance figure this out? I'm racking my brain trying to get this accomplished.
I have not received a response from anyone. I'm still hoping to hear something.
CRm doesnt have reminder times, it picks up the deafult from Outlook
If you can change the default in OUtlook it will affect CRM
