We are having issues with items not reserved but the parts have been cancelled on work order but not available to be picked.
How can we release them from this transaction?
Attempts to modify batch or location have failed because parts are "0" available from inventory.

Have you checked at the Site/Warehouse on-hand level if there is a reservation or availability? You may need to open a support case to troubleshoot.
