Please tell me why BC outlook add-in keeps on refreshing itself?

Mostly it runs very smoothly, but sometimes the BC pane in outlook keeps on refreshing itself and continue to do so till the time I sign out and sign back in.

What's the solution.

Hi

We had the same issue and we ended up uninstalling the add-in then waiting for about 24 hours and reinstall it back and that solve the issue.
