Have a customer using GP 2010, MR CU9 They have successfully used Unit accounts in FRx and are trying to use them in GP also. They are not getting results in an existing row layout but do get results if they create a brand new row layout. What is the best course for getting the unit accounts to populate in the rows? Datamart rebuild?\

It may be best to log a support case so we can look at the report in question in detail. It should not be doing what you describe so there must be some other formatting at play that the simple swap test didn't surface.
Thanks for your reply, We did testing on alternating in a new row and column (no tree). We received the same results as the original report. The only time the units populated properly is when they were on a separate row layout.
If the unit accounts pull in one report, they should pull in the other. I am guessing the migrated report has extra settings in it. For example, if the column is set to translate, there is an issue with unit accounts not pulling. Without being able to see the reports side by side, the best I can suggest is to swap out the report definition, column, and tree with simple test building blocks until you locate what is causing the issue.
Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, we backed up before trouble-shooting. 1 customer imported the reports from FRX and another created them from within MR.
*We tested by removing the Unit account and the report runs cleanly without them.
*Save the Row layout as a new report name, deleted and manually re-added the unit rows, no change.
*Tried reporting the unit accounts on a report of their own and it works properly.
We did this process for 2 different customers, so it looks like a MR bug at this time. Unit accounts are populating properly separate from the financial data but not when mixed with financial data.

I have the same question - were the row definitions experiencing problems migrated from FRx to Management Reporter? Have you tried removing just the row(s) causing the problem from the row definition(s) and readding them? Have you refreshed cached financial data?
