Thanks Matt, for your perspective on this topic. I would suggest that it's really a decision that each business needs to make on their own criteria. Many of the most used features in FRx are supported with Management Reporter and we continue to add to that list. Also, many new customers have opted to install Management Reporter instead of starting with FRx and are glad they did. We’ve spent a lot of time making sure we are implementing new features that customers will love…whether they come from FRx or are brand new to Management Reporter. We’re sure it won't take you years to decide to move to Management Reporter, because you'll be missing out on some great new features. Don't upgrade to Management Reporter yet. Lots of missing features (no export to CSV, you have to export to excel, then save as CSV and thus wasting time). There is also no way to print account #'s on your reports (currently a bug with Feature Pack 1). It's really an immature FRX replacement at this time. I'd wait a couple years before upgrading.
Yes, Management Report has replaced Frx 6.7 and with Feature Pack 2 you can now use with Multi-currency. Basically Management Report is FRx they just changed it from being an access db under the covers to being a sql database. Which means it gets backed up as a databases in sql and there is a wizard available if you are moving from FRx 6.7 to convert your Frx Reports. But they suggest you clean out any reports you are no longer using prior to using the wizard
Rachid,
Correct, FRx is not supported on 64 bit OS. It will work to some extent, but there are functions and features that will not, and it will not be suported by Microsoft.
Thanks

Frx is not supported for 64bit sustem ??
You can continue to use FRx. It should be supported through the life of GP2010.
