How do I download the MasterCard Simplify connector for Dynamics ax 2012 R3?

We have tried all of the links in the Microsoft Word - Simplify Commerce-MasterCard-Microsoft Program Partner FAQs.docx document and have sent various emails to microsoftdynamics@mastercard.com

Has anyone been able to successfully contact them or download the connector for 2012 R3?

Trying to find info on this is virtually impossible. They use to have a link on the Simplify website stating as much but this just redirects back to the main page (www.simplify.com/microsoft).

Ditto about that email, they don't respond. If you're supposed to use this as an alternative to their deprecated credit card engine, they don't make it easy.
