is there any way to reverse item arrival after post
EXP:
we have item in Po with Qty 10 no someone create item arrival with qty 5 and post , after that he know the posted qty is wrong and need to be correct
how can we correct posted item after it be registered , can we reverse the journal and post the correct qty again

Have you tried creating such a journal manually with a negative sign to reverse or correct the previous transaction?

You can cancel the item arrival in the registration form of the PO line.

you mean i go to PO line and select the item then click inventory >> registration
but i need to make this option from inventory module not from AP as in my company security they need warehouse users not open PO form
Reverse it from PO line is only way.
If necessary, you can contact purchase manager to reverse it.
