suppress printing of work orders

how can i supress printing of work orders every time it is adjusted? looking to reduce the volume of paper.

currently it is handled by the same control in config as the sales order. i see i can run a second terminal an suppress printing on the terminal options, but that wll impact sales orders on the terminal.

    You can toggle the printer on or off each transaction with Ctl-F9.

    ((Well now it worked, maybe I have wrong characters in the following.))

    One way to do this would be to edit the corresponding register to "Print receipts only after asking cashier". SO Manager --> Database --> Registers --> Register List

    Like this the cashier can stop the printing of a receipt if it's a work order. Else it would mean just mean 1 more (enter) for each transaction to select yes when asked to print receipt.

    Did you try changing the printer to 'print receipts after asking the cashier' in the SO mgr?
