Retail Store Scale Unit Error

Hi All , 

Getting this error while installing RSSU for on premises Environment .

Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.ConfigurationException: The available channel cannot be found in local database. Please make sure at least 1 retail channel is downloaded to this DB through AX.

i have found some trouble shoot sections available for ax 2012 but none of them work .

    Have you set the any channel to this RSSU channel DB? Please follow up below site to install it, hope this can help you.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-store-scale-unit-configuration-installation

    If it still not working, please create a new service request to working with Retail support team for this issue.

    Did you run 9999 job (Retail > Data distribution) to populate channel database with data?
