Hi all

We are facing the issue in the box six and seven. The sale amount is shown in the purchase box, and the purchase is shown in the sale box. Due to this error, we have to pay tax, not reclaim. As per the correct figure, the tax will reclaim. All setup is fine, but the statistics are shown in the wrong box. Could you please advise why the amount changed?

Hi Muhammad,

Did you setup the ER Report or using Standard SSRS output?

If you are using standard report, please make sure your sales Tax is setup properly. as this report does not require any additional setup to generate the report.
