POS-X XP8200 Pole Display

We have new POS-X Pole Displays. Model XP8200-U. Error message in Device Manager Comm Ports:  "PL2303TA Do Not Support Windows 11 or Later, Please Contact Your Supplier".

Tried downloading latest drivers from Prolific, but get the same results.
