We have purchased Dynamics 365 for Customer Service On-Premises User CAL (https://cyprus.techsoup.global/content/dynamics-365-customer-service-premises-user-cal).
Can this software be used online or do we need to install it on a pc? If I understood correctly, as I am not an IT person, there is a version 216 and a 365? If I understand, we have purchased the 365 version which can be used online?
I am trying to figure this out, as our IT told us that we need to upgrade our server memory to 32GB in order for this to be installed (HP 8GB (1x8GB) Dual Rank x8 PC3L-10600E (DDR3-1333) Unbuffered CAS-9 Low Voltage Memory Kit).
However, it is very expensive for us, as we are an NGO. We purchased the software through donation from Tech Soup, at a lower price.
I apologies if I have confused you or if it's not very clear for you, but I dont't really understand how this works. We need this for creating a platform for missing children at our NGO organization.
