Close an open Returnorder in AX2012

Hello

I have an "open" Intercompany ReturnOrder in AX 2012 where there is a line/article that doesn´t have a quantity in "General" -> "Line Quantity" in SO/returnorder.

And because of this line, I can not close the order completely, and it remains "Invoiced" - "Open order".

How do I delete this line now?

Hello

The only place I can see this extra article/line, is in the "Sales order" (although this is a "Return order") -> "Detailed Status" and there the line is in status "Open order --"in processing".

See the bottom pic in the message above what it looks like.

That line I want to close or cancel.

In "Detailed status" the line can´t be cancel or deleted ( what I know).

So there is no line with that item/line in the Sales order itself , the packing slip, the Invoice or in the Intercompany purchase order.

Since that line is included in a part of the Sales order (and doesn´t really affect the Purchase Order), it must be possible to close it down in some way in the Sales order itself, I think.

Hi BCC,

Can you delete this line in related sales order line?

Is the process for receiving and invoicing all items the same? Is this replicable?

Is there customization here?
