Exporting Insights from a marketing E-Mail as a csv.file

Hi, I need to export insights from an E-Mail Campagne. I know that with this month (April 2020) there should be an update, that makes this possible:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave1/dynamics365-marketing/export-data-excel-further-analysis

But we're at end of April now and it's still not available for the public preview...

My question now:

  • Does anybody struggles with the same problem? If yes, did you find a solution?
  • And how is it possible to get early access to the coming update changes?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi tanyatjj,

You should enable the feature manually in Settings > Advanced settings > Feature switches, by toggling the "export Insights data to csv" flip switch.

Then the export button will appear on top right of Insights grid.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hello,

As Clofly has shared, you need to enable that preview feature as following:

    1. Access Marketing app

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Advanced Settings

    4. On "Feature switches" find "Interactions export" under Insights area, and toogle the option to "on":

    Hi

I can't find that option in the advanced settings. What am I missing?

Now the feature that exporting insights data as csv file is in general availability.

Please open any grid of insights(such as Delivery > Sent emails) and check whether there is an "export" button at top right.

Yes, I've used that option. I thought there was a way to export "all" info from a sent email in one export. For instance, these figures:

Only data of some of grids are supported to export.
