Connect Business Central to SharePoint

Hello,

I am developing an extension where I want to connect from Business Central to Sharepoint to send the planning lines of a project and with them create a webpart calendar to display the information.

How could I connect the different platforms for information exchange that I have mentioned? On the other hand, is it possible to create and feed a Sharepoint webpart calendar from a Business Central extension or is it necessary to connect the platforms also with Azure Functions?

Any suggestion about which architecture should I choose is welcome.

Greetings and have a nice day.

I have the same question (0)

Hello  - We currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist.  If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.

I will open this up to the community in case they have something to add.

Job planning line not being part of the BC connector for power automate or logic apps is the initial challenge. This is a necessary point as the other tables in the api have event based triggers. To achieve that in a custom table you have two choices, a web hook - which has to be renewed every 3 days - or this option: docs.microsoft.com/.../connectors-native-reqres

The latter one can be activated from an event subscriber from BC for the mentioned table. The Sharepoint list will have the necessary event triggers so passing information back won’t be an issue. The rest of the process flow seems like things logic apps can do already.
