I am looking for user who have upgraded to GP2010 that are internet based companies. Would like to ask a few questions on features and the risk reward you experienced. We are a CA based company with a DC in TN.

I hate to agree with Mike on this Dennis. As long as you do a test upgrade your live upgrade should go without issue.

Hi Dennis,

Do you have any specific questions in regards to any of the new features in GP v2010 that we may be able to answer?

As far as risks, if the upgrade is performed properly (we perform test upgrades before upgrading production to verify everything), I can't think of any risks that wouldn't be identified and addressed prior to upgrading production (again, if performed properly and all ISV, customization, and integrations taken into account).
