It seems like you already have a record in table GL50500 for USERID = sa. This is temporary table only populated during the closing process. Restore your backup (if you did one before closing the year) and have your IT guys remove this record from table GL50500 and re-run the year closing.
Hi Angel, thanks for the response.. indeed i'm an IT guy.. after this message, i restored the back up and i saw this tables and it is empty, can you suggest any thing else. thanks again.

I think we need to find out when it is trying to insert the duplicate record. For Dynamics GP, I would turn on the DEXSQL.log and create a SQL trace and then run the process again.
