Dynamics 365 App for Outlook Login Issue

Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie to Dynamics 365.We have configured Dynamics 365 App for Outlook for one of our customer.

The issue we are facing is, it shows user credential popup 3 times before the adfs login screen. Once we provide credentials in ADFS login screen, outlook add-in works.

Why it asks User Credentials multiple times?

Hi @RohitRane,

Did you ever resolve this issue? We have been experiencing it since a cert expired in 2021 may only be coincidence. I have tried everything I can think of and consulted Microsoft, the Community, and consultants with no resolve. We are running Outlook 365 (not the new version as the app isn't even visible in the mail portion). I cancel through the windows security prompts and enter my ADFS5 credentials and get in. However, the 3-10 windows prompts are very annoying and obiviously something isn't working or configured correctly. I did notice that task manager shows several Microsoft Edge Webview2 windows open (that I don't see).

Wondering if you had any updates?
