Outlook Client issue - "There is a problem communicating with the CRM server....."

We continue to have an issue with the error message popping up inside Outlook 2016 stating "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable......

This is happening on one workstation running Windows 10 with Outlook 2016, and the CRM Outlook client connected to CRM online with SP 1 slated to be applied this weekend. The CRM records show up in Outlook but if you try to drill down you get an error. If we uninstall, and reinstall the client it works for a while, including the drill down and then the error starts popping up.

Have reviewed everything listed as a possible issue from the date/time of the computer to the versions and still comes up. Any suggestions?
