Does anyone has a solution of how to track and post GIFT AID via Business Central without using additional applications?

Unfortunately no. However, have a review of this app available on the appstore as it may be what you require.

Or you can find some standard fields that you have not used in BC, and then fill them in, maybe you can track them.

But it is recommended to add new fields, or use the Appsource app.
