How compatible is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides with other third party AR devices like Meta 2, ODG's r7, r8, etc,?

    Hi Shashank Boorla,

    Microsoft HoloLens devices on Build 10.0.17134 or later are required for the use of Dynamics 365 Guides.

    Howdy @Shashank!

    When we first started building Dynamics 365 Guides, the product was a HoloLens 1 application.  Later we introduced multi-device support with HoloLens 2, and today many customers use both HL1 and HL2.  The February 2020 release continues the trend of supporting the right devices for the right scenarios.  

    Guides now     supports Power Apps, enabling a seamless workflow for certain tasks.  For example, users can show Internet of Things (IoT) data on a step, add a quiz to a step, or provide access to data entry forms on a step.  These same Power Apps can be used on mobile phones, or in a guide on HoloLens.

    So as you can see, we are eager to develop workflows that span devices and meet our customers where they are.  Which devices would be most valuable to you in your workflows and why?
