Crystal Enterprise with SL 6.5

We currently have SL 6.5 running in a development environment with the Crystal Reports v10 that came with SL. Can we install Crystal Enterprise 2008, then uninstall Crystal 10, and maintain full functionality of existing SL reports? If not, can we install CE 2008 side-by-side with Crystal 10 without disrupting the SL space-time continuum?
