Hello,
Thank you for reading this. I have created a business process flow(New to Parent(NTP)) that has five stages. I wanted to edit the security for this flow and wanted it to be accessible to a certain group of people. I created users with security privileges accordingly. Now, after creating the business process flow, when I go to edit security, NTP Business Process flow doesn't appear on the business process flow tab in edit security role. I have gone through many forums but no luck. Have a look at the screenshots below. Thank you!

Try to deactivate and activate once NTP BPF and make some changes in the BPF before activate . Then do publish all customization.
Also, the business process flow NTP that I have discussed in the beginning still doesnt appear on the list but the newly created and published ones do.
Goutam,
I activated the BPF and published all customization. I created another BPF with another entity. I noticed one difference. If I create a BPF and activate and publish it directly, it shows on business process flow tab on edit security role otherwise it doesn't. Strange behavior. Thank you for your help!
Hi ,
Make sure you activate the business process flow and did publish all customization. I dont see any reason not to populate in the entity list under business process flow tab of the security role.
Can you please create another simple BPF and try again for different entity or same entity , see its populating or not.
Hello, I activated the bpf and closed the browser and opened and tried again. it still doesn't show in edit security role. Thank you!
Hi,
can you activate the newly created bpf first?
