Since moving to dynamics CRM, every email I send from Outlook has "CRM:000xxxx" added to the subject line.
This is very distracting for clients.
Please can someone tell me how to stop this happening? Thanks!

Thanks all, this is now fixed!
Hi,
This is called a 'tracking token'.
It is used to correlate replies to a particular email but can be turned off in System->Settings->Email tab.
If you turn it off then you should make sure 'Smart Matching' is turned on.
See technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699705.aspx
Hope this helps!
You need to go System Settings>Email and uncheck the "Use tracking token".
This is called an Email Tracking Token, and can be turned off in the Email Configuration Settings. Go to:
Settings --> Email Configuration --> Email Configuration Settings, and about halfway down the page you'll see the setting for the Tracking Token. You can edit it, or turn it off completely.
