Edit access to buttons in form ribbon

Hi all,

We are not being able to find the way to edit the access to the upper ribbon within a Lead form (or any form).

For instance, we want to restrict some roles from the "Qualify" button on the upper ribbon.

Is there a way or application to do this? I tried with XRMToolBox & Ribbon workbench.

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Regards
