I am having quite a time finding help for my problem. Hopefuly you guys can help.
First a little history. I aquired a client running Quicksell with PC-charge. They have since upgraded to RMS 1 and then 2.0. Up until recently, they have been using NOVA as a processor through PC-Charge. The store changed hands and a new merchant account was created through First Data Omaha. That worked fine with all the software except it didn't autobatch, which was one of the client's requirements. So, a merchant change was done again. This time through the Buypass(Concord?) network. I was able to successfully configure PC-Charge to work with Buypass no problem. Transactions work fine. Through RMS though, it does not work. First of all, I don't even have a Buypass network option. I assumed that I should use Concord but it didn't work. I got a "invalid proccesso" error, which I assume means invalid processor. I also tried FDC omaha.

I called Buypass and First Data, they couldn't tell me squat. All they could say was call your POS provider.
Would love to initiate a merchant change again if I could get the sales rep to contact us. Been trying to get a hold of him since Friday.
Because a simple phone call to Buypass, Inc. would garner the information that Buypass, Inc. is totally compatible with PC Charge......
But totally incompatible with RMS.
Time to switch merchant services again.
The provider told me he was using Concord which is a supported platform.
Thanks for your help though, why did you even bother to post?
I would have Googled the product before switching and you would have seen all the issues that are around!
