In Dynamics 365 Online, unable to write anything in CRM's email body when using google chrome

We are unable to write anything in the email body in Dynamics 365 Online when using google chrome. However, this is working ok in Internet explorer. Can anyone give us any workaround to resolve this issue on Google Chrome?

    It seems like a specific issue with your organisation. Please open Microsoft service ticket. You can clear your browser cache and try again.
