Timesheet comments & timesheet line comments - Required Permissions

Hello

I am trying to setup my timesheet users and I cannot find the permission for them to be able to enter TS Comments and TS Line Comments.

They already have the full permission on "Time Sheet Comment Line" and "Time Sheet Line Archive" but it doesn't work. The "New" button is disabled.

What permission should I use to enable that feature?

Thanks!

RE: Timesheet comments & timesheet line comments - Required Permissions

I am having the same problem with time sheets for Team Members.

If you look in the Effective Permissions for your Team Member under Table Data, Time Sheet Comment Line; BC will show Insert Permission and Delete Permission as (Yes) meaning that the program is not allowing your user to insert or delete Time Sheet Comment Lines.  It is doing this by default even if your set up your user with Yes under Table Data, Insert Permission and Delete Permission.

It is not practical for Team Members to be unable to insert Time Sheet Comment Lines.  As a work around, we are using a full user to add Comment Lines to each Team Member’s time sheet which is time consuming and annoying.  Once the Comment Lines are added to the time sheets, our Team Members can add comments to their time sheets.  It would be great to find a way to fix this problem.
