We're looking at our options for survey creation/distribution, and how eventually we'd like that to integrate with CRM. We're currently using SurveyGizmo and are fairly happy with it, though we just found out our price is going to increase quite a bit, so we're looking around.
I looked at some things that are more aligned with CRM, but not finding a lot of options we can use. ClickDimensions, DotMailer, and PowerSurveyPlus do not have features we need (multi-language surveys being a big miss for both, among others). AdxStudio and Voice of the Customer are available only for online, and we're on-prem. SoGoSurveys is out of our price range when API access is added in. I did also find one called PowerAddon, but I can't find if it has the features we need. Waiting to hear back from an email.
So thus far the ones I've found that meet our needs all would require me to develop custom integration via API (which is not a dealbreaker). First option is staying with SurveyGizmo. Second is Snap Surveys (though we'd need to run our own web server with their software installed in order to use the API). Third is QuestionPro, which actually even has their own Dynamics CRM integration pre-built, although it's hard to say right now how flexible that is and whether we could use it OOTB.
I'm not seeing mention of any of these on the forum at all, so thought I'd scout. Has anyone used any of these, and/or integrated them with Dynamics? Thoughts/experiences? Or, any other ones you do use that can be used with on-prem (we do have IFD enabled), and that have advanced survey features like multi-language support, offline capability, automated email follow ups, and save/return?
