How to check a CHECKBOX in grid which is not related with datasource on selecting a record?

I have a form with a grid of 4 fields of table and one checkbox control created in design. Here, whenever i select a record in the grid the checkbox has to be checked. (i don't want this check box to be a table field).

I know the same functionality is done in Planned production order screen, etc…

But that has too many methods which is go on calling inside and inside.

Can someone help thank you

I'm assuming that it's about F&O (although it was in the D365 general forum).

You can create an edit method and store the information in a Set object, for instance.

Unfortunately I'm not sure which part you're struggling with. First of all, are you familiar with edit methods at all? If not, look at How To Write A D365 Edit Method, for example.
