I'm currently working with a customer who has implemented Dynamics 365 Sales Hub integrated with ClickDimensions for email marketing campaigns. Contacts are being uploaded into the system to build marketing lists for email communications.
However, the customer is facing a significant data quality issue — there are approximately 800,000 duplicate contact records in the environment. These duplicates are affecting marketing performance and overall CRM data integrity.
We’re looking for guidance on two key areas:

Data Cleanup:
Is there an efficient way to deduplicate or bulk manage these contacts? Manually merging or deactivating records is proving too slow. Are there any recommended tools, solutions, or partner add-ons that can accelerate this cleanup process? - Prevention Strategy:
What can we implement within Dynamics 365 and/or ClickDimensions to prevent duplicate contacts from being created during future uploads or list imports? Ideally, we'd like to establish a single source of truth going forward
Any best practices, third-party tools, or configuration tips would be greatly appreciated.
