Hi Dynamics community - hoping someone can shed some light on the below. My scenario is this:

I am needing to build a segment which includes any active contacts who have

a) initially unsubscribed from a marketing list

but then also EXCLUDES any contacts who

b) are a member of said marketing list, incase they should re-subscribe again in future

I've tried a number of query combinations but they're not working. Wondering what I'm missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Fiona,

In segment, you can filter the number of times for the 'Maeketing list subscribed' behavior:

Show/hide interaction filters: Select this button to show or hide filters for setting limits on the total number of interactions and/or a moving-window time period.
