Hi all,

How can I cancel the Production Order?

I know that the quantity of Production Order (ProdTable.QtySched) cannot change to 0, however, the customer cancelled this SKU, which steps should I do in AX2009 Production Order?

Thanks and Regards,

Tat

    Hi Tat,

If you want to delete a production order I know that in AX 2012 you can click the reset status button on a production order to take it back to each previous status. You can keep resetting the status until you get to a status of created at which point you can delete the production order.

This is true of AX 2012 but I am not sure if it is the same in 2009. Give this a try if that functionality is available in AX 2009

    Hope this helps.
