Sales tax payment by code report output is blank (No data available)

Hi,
 
I am trying to run a sales tax payment by code report in tax module but the output is blank (no data). There are transactions for the period I am running the report, but I am not sure why the data is not populating in the report.
 
Path: Tax->Inquiries and reports ->Sales tax payment by code.
 
Note: I found a setup under setups->Sales tax payment-> Sales tax reporting codes. I tried this but still report is not generating any values.
 
could anyone help me in this?

    Can you tell us what parameter values you used for generating the report? Did you already post a tax payment for that period?

    Used parameters are:
     
    settlement period - 1Month
    From date - 01/01/2024
    Reporting Currency - Tried both Accounting currency and Sales tax code currency.

     
    Records to include
     
    i tried to select the default template and Italy template (running this report for Italy entity). I also ran the report without selecting any template as well.
     
    Either way the out put is blank.

    Settlement period are configured and there are transactions for the period I am running the report. But the output of the report is blank.
